Application:

The egg breaking machine simulates manual operation by first cracking the eggs transported to the egg breaking stationand then uses a special blade to pry open the eggshell, allowing the egg liquid to fow out. The egg liquid is then transportecto the separator through the egg liquid receiving tray and the quide groove, and the yolk and egg white are separated by the separator and flow into corresponding containers respectively.
